The total building area of the R&D center is nearly 1500 square meters.The R&D center has established various innovation and testing units such as high temperature heat treatment laboratory, low temperature heat treatment laboratory, metallographic analysis room, electron microscope scanning room, composition analysis room, mechanical test room, salt spray corrosion test room and independent mould making workshop.
The laboratory has advanced research and development equipments, mainly including one ton DE test furnace, high temperature aluminum scrap smelting test furnace, low temperature heat treatment furnace, metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope, differential scanning calorimeter DSC, salt spray corrosion test chamber, electronic universal testing machine, conductivity meter, aging furnace, etc.
The mould making workshop has slow wire walking, medium wire walking, electric spark, vertical spindle round table grinder, lathe, CNC machining center, drilling machine, milling machine, etc.
